Hi all. I'm mostly a lurker.
Anyhow, here's one and a half pieces of Vocaloid fan art I've done: (Clicking on the thumbnails will take you to them on DA. Hur hur)
^ I'm a Space Channel 5 fan, so I really loved Miku's SC5-esque outfit in Project Diva. Had to do some fan art. I challenged myself to use Illustrator (a program that's the bane of my digital art experience) and three colors. *wince*
^ I did some 2x3 sketch cards and you can find Miku down on the bottom/last row on the right, next to Cad Bane (from Star Wars: Clone Wars) and below Ulala (... LMAO!). I'm doing a couple other Vocaloid cards (another Miku and maybe Kaito or sommat like that) for the next "set". =]

One of my friends does amazing work with pastry stuff and gladly fulfills birthday cake requests, usually fandom or meme-related. For my birthday party this past weekend, I asked her if she could recreate the Halo of the Sun.

Baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and sugar snap peas with ranch dresing.
Cherries and 2 small mung bean paste cakes. "Mung bean paste" never sounds very appetizing, especially not as a sweet, but these are really tasty.
